Alicia Hagadorn
Alicia Hagadorn is a fine arts oil painter who focuses a majority of her work on the landscape and nature. She was born in Upstate New York in the Adirondack Park, and grew up in North Creek, a small town in the woods. She lived there until she was 17, when she moved to Manchester, New Hampshire to attend the New Hampshire Institute of Art for Fine Arts and Photography, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May 2019.
Alicia focuses a substantial amount of her body of work on nature and the conservation of the natural world. She believes this interest stems from her upbringing in the Adirondacks, where she was surrounded by wilderness, and saw the need for it to be protected. She became interested in Environmentalism and social activism at a young age, and it continues to be a main focus of her work. She also has a passion for traveling and seeing the beauty that the world has to offer.
